As a founder and CEO of BorderlessMind, Rishi is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the company. Rishi's responsibilities include setting short-term/long-term goals, working with senior team to help define business and marketing strategies and the execution and monitoring of such strategies. Rishi also plays a key role in international business development and partner development within BorderlessMind. Rishi has rich and varied experience in offshore software development for ISV (Independent Software Vendors), Digital Marketing agencies and Casino Gaming companies. His management experience ranges from offshore program management to managing software delivery.

Rishi has over fourteen years of experience as an offshore consultant for a variety of clients ranging from technology start-ups to medium/large corporate and international entities. He possesses strong leadership skills exemplified through his experience in International Business and Offshoring IT Services. With Rishi's experience BorderlessMind has developed into an outsourcing services provider that helps partners and clients successfully focus on their core competencies, improve quality of delivery, speed time-to-market, and increase profitability by setting up dedicated development teams offshore.

Before founding BorderlessMind, Rishi worked for Deloitte & Touche in Texas as a Management Consultant assisting Maquiladora's in Mexico and defending cross-border transaction. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business-Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a pending Masters degree in IT Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Gautam is responsible for growth within BorderlessMind. Gautam’s responsibilities include defining business development and marketing strategies along with client services management within BorderlessMind. Gautam is responsible for identifying, pursuing, securing and managing long-term clients and strategic partners for BorderlessMinds business growth across North America and United Kingdom. He works closely with some of the largest digital marketing agencies, ISV and fortune 1000 accounts.

With over eight years of experience in the areas of business strategy, client services and operation, Gautam has the ability to leverage his management skills in a cross-functional environment and has helped improve processes and maximize efficiency within BorderlessMind. He has ensured highest customer satisfaction rating and contributes to the strategic direction of BorderlessMind organization.

Gautam holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology and Masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Naveen is responsible for quality professional services and project deliveries from offshore software development center in NOIDA, India. Naveen is responsible for leading the software engineering services for software product companies through established offshore development processes, software architecture group, project management office (PMO) and technical presales teams. He is also involved in defining technical vision and advanced technology adoption in projects and solutions.

Naveen joined BorderlessMind over nine years ago and has led software architecture and design in many large scale projects and implementations. He has over 17 years of broad IT services and operational experience. He has extensive experience in defining, architecting, designing and building IT solutions for complex business needs. He has a vast experience in developing software products and supporting offshore development teams for Independent Software Vendors (ISV). He also led BorderlessMind to attain CMMi Level 3 and Microsoft Gold Partner status. He is familiar with software development methodologies, including Agile, XP and Scrum. He was promoted to Head of Technology in end of 2009.

Naveen has received his Bachelors degree from Osmania University Hyderabad in Arts, MCA from IGNOU New Delhi and Advanced Diploma in Computer Science from NIIT.

Chetan is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of BorderlessMind’s search and digital service offering. Chetan’s responsibilities include overseeing delivery of business results through successful execution of digital marketing campaigns, maintaining superior client service, consistently providing innovation through digital solutions, team training and talent development through employee led culture. He works very closely with our advertising and marketing agencies and marketing leaders at Fortune 1000 clients to provide integrated solutions.

With over nine years of experience in search engine marketing, he is well seasoned search specialist and has managed multi-million dollar digital marketing campaigns. Chetan has led both Organic Search and Paid Search client services teams and operations, allowing BorderlessMind to better serve clients overall online strategies. He focuses on improved processes and best practices to increase efficiencies with the delivery teams.

Chetan holds his Bachelors in Science from Bundelkhant University and MBA in Marketing from Jiwaji University, Gwalior.

Karuna is responsible for managing growth in our search and social media practice. Karuna’s responsibilities include developing digital marketing plans for clients that translate into measurable and quantifiable business results, successful campaign management, adherence to repeatable processes, developing and deploying exceptional digital marketing strategies, training client services teams, and delivering superior results for clients using offshore delivery teams. She ensures client campaigns are strategically driven, accounts are proactively managed, and the search and social media campaigns are successfully integrated with the other marketing initiatives.

She brings over seven years of experience in search engine marketing and social media marketing management. She has led multi-million dollar online marketing campaigns through search engine and social networks platforms.

Karuna has received a Bachelors Honors Degree in English Literature from Bhagat Singh College from Delhi University and Post Graduate Diploma in Print Media & Services from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan.
