The North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency honors BorderlessMind as a Minority Business Enterprise
Dallas, TX. (June 24, 2008) - BorderlessMind has met the North Texas Minority Development Council requirements as a minority owned and controlled company. The Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certificate was granted to BorderlessMind by the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA). To obtain MBE, defined by both state and federal laws, at least 51% of the business, must be owned, managed, and controlled by minority person(s).
