You manage the team directly and escalate issues with any resource directly to escalation point designated to you for resolutions and replacement of resources if needed.
You will be charged for the amount of hours spent on a specific project, based on predecided hourly billing rate.
The main advantage of T&M model is flexibility and opportunity to adjust requirements, shift directions, replace features, and involve users to get the desired product.

BorderlessMind provides Resources on a month-to-month contract basis. We have ensured we keep the pricing very competitive. There are no additional savings for signing a long term contract. Each Resource will provide up to 160 hours of services per month. We do not work on any contract less than a month of service.
